It's been a long, long time since I've written a journal entry, and I'm sick of seeing the previous one every time I check this website.

I've traded in my obsession with Markiplier for one with Jacksepticeye. I'm complete Undertale trash after watching Jack complete his pacifist and genocide runs, and I'm rather sad that I can't be actual friends with Papyrus, Undyne, and Napstablook.

I only have one more semester before I finish my undergraduate degree. I'll be waiting anxiously until March to hear back from the seven universities I've applied to. Until then, I start Astrophysics on Tuesday, among other courses, and have a thesis to write. I have no idea what happens after May. Wherever I go for grad school, I'm going to miss all my friends, my family, and everything else familiar to me. Part of me wants to stay busy doing physics and astronomy, but another part wants to take it relatively easy. I may visit faraway friends over the summer, or finally give some form to the ghosts of creative projects that have been floating around in my head. Most of them Undertale-related.

I'm always tired. And I discovered at a conference last week that I'm struggling to fit into my dress pants and my favorite jeans. I'm tired of being tired and tired of being alone. One of the major goals of the next few months is to take better care of myself as I wrap things up at school. Less drive-thru food, more time on my feet, more time with my friends, and maybe even some Sunday afternoons at the gym, once it warms up.

This is my year, dammit.

Hello all. For the third year in a row, I'm trying to dredge up a team for the St. Jude "Give thanks. Walk." event for Northwest Arkansas. The walk is being held on November 22. Obviously, virtually no one reading this will be able to attend the event, but it would mean the world to me if you would consider donating to our team or sharing my message. The more people that I can reach, the more we can help the kids and families of St. Jude.

So, if you want to help, go to www.givethankswalk.org, click "Support a Participant," and search for the Razorbacks for Research team.  You can donate in my name or in the name of other members (once I successfully recruit some), or you can join the team and donate under your own name. Note that if you choose to join, you must create an account and register with Razorbacks for Research.

I know money is still tight for a lot of people, so even some word-of-mouth or a share on social media would help immensely. I apologize for essentially being a like-whore, but I'd really like to see the team succeed more than ever this year. Whether you're a Razorback fan or not, whether you're an Arkansan or not, I highly encourage you all to join the fight against cancer. Your donations may help find new treatments or even a cure.

Oblivious

After reviewing literally every deviation in my gallery, I have come to the conclusion that I was an annoying piece of shit just a few years ago. I can only hope that it was contained to the internet and that I was not, in fact, a real life asshat.

So, I haven't been on dA for over a week, now, due to being out of the country for study abroad, but apparently I received the high honor of a Daily Deviation last week. I logged on today to over 800 messages and my only thought was "holy hell." Then I noticed the common theme in most of them and actually said "holy hell."

Thank you so very much, whoever suggested and featured my work, and thanks to everyone who commented and favorite'd. If I ever thought I could get through them all, I'd reply to each one individually, but I really do appreciate all the support. I love you all. :3

Cheerio from the UK!
